Taking care of clients is the our focus.
Each fsi client has a dedicated project coordinator, as main contact for all services which fsi carries out.
The client can communicate with the project manager through the cmms or using the traditional instruments (mail, phone).
The use of fsi cmms allows the client to verify and to control jobs status from the request to its closure, included the accounting process. The client can always update or add new requests.
If the client prefers the use of the more traditional communication channels (e-mail – phone) FSI is available, through its call center, to fills in all requests directly on the cmms, in order not to lose any traceability of information.
